In the wake of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit to Leh town of the Ladakh region on Saturday, 19th May 2018, beginning his day-long visit to Jammu and Kashmir, Internet services were suspended and schools and colleges were shutdown for the day as a heightened security measure.
