| Description | Both, mobile and broadband services were suspended from midnight in three districts of Srinagar, Budgam, and Gandarbal on 8th April, 2017 as a precautionary measure to curb spread of rumors ahead of the Srinagar bypoll. However, the restriction on Internet services was extended to the entire Kashmir valley on 9th April, 2017. While broadband services were restored on 11th April, 2017, mobile Internet services remained suspended till 13th April, 2017. |
