Mobile Internet services were suspended in Meerut district of Uttar Pradesh for 24 Hours from 9 pm on Friday, 14th April 2018 till 8pm on Saturday, 15th April 2018 as a precautionary measure in the light of widespread protests by Dalits on April 2, 2018.
