| Description | Following the death of the 19-year old Yashwant alias Bobby a Dalit activist who had sustained a bullet injury on his head in the Phagwara clash between members of Dalit outfits and Hindu right-wing groups on 28th April 2018. Mobile internet services were suspended for 20 hours in four districts, Jalandhar, Hoshiarpur, Kapurthala and SBS Nagar of Punjab as a precautionary measure to prevent any further unrest. |
